These systems can be used for suspension culture, microcarrier culture for monoclonal antibody, vaccine or protein-based therapeutics production, to achieve multiple use in one tank.
Suspension and microcarrier culture using propulsion impeller or lifting impeller, low shear force, short mixing time, good mixing effect
Deep microbubble direct air supply/bubble-free air supply device provide good oxygen transfer, meets the requirements of high-density cell culture, and reduces the damage to cells
Using jacket and tank dual temperature PID control, temperature control is stable and accurate
Sterilization-in-place sampling/sampling valve group to ensure safe, reliable and convenient operation
Air intake/exhaust filter sterilization can be carried out independently to meet the requirements of filter replacement during the culture process
CO2/O2/AIR flow rate adopts thermal mass flow controller, to realize the automatic feedback control of gas flow rate
Dissolved oxygen control can adopt AIR/O2 or AIR/O2/N2 mode. The DO control adopts unique PID control logic for stable and accurate control
Deep sparger and overlay air supply adopt different control methods in sterilization process, to ensure thorough sterilization and no dead end
Deep sparger uses a combination of hardware and software, effectively eliminate culture fluid reflux
PH control adopts time judgment to avoid the simultaneous addition of CO2 and base
Peristaltic pump control allows external mobile peristaltic pump, easy to replace
Pipeline and frame adopt open design, easy to use and maintain
Pipeline adopts 3A standard, comply with GMP and BPE requirements
Connection seal of the mixing impeller in the tank effectively avoids dead end and is easy to clean
