Working principle
Under the action of the reciprocating movement of the plunger, the material is transported to an adjustable valve group, and is subjected to strong compression. When passing through the flow-limiting slit, it hits the homogenizing valve at a very fast speed, resulting in voids. The cavitation effect, impact effect and shear effect make the agglomerated materials evenly dispersed.
