The BP501-TH25 driver adopts a streamlined metal molded casing with a compact and beautiful appearance. The surface of the casing has a special coating to facilitate disinfection and sterilization in pharmaceutical facilities. It is equipped with a maintenance-free DC brushless driver, which operates silently and can provide high delivery pressure.

It adopts a large LCD screen that can display a variety of parameters and has optional Chinese and English menus. The driver can adjust the speed or flow rate through buttons. It has a total running meter function and a quantitative timing function. It also has a power-outage memory function, can automatically save the operating parameters of the last power outage.

BP501-TH25 features a newly developed two-rotor spring-type pump head. The design of the spring-type two-rotor roller assembly greatly reduces the shear force of the pump and increases the service life of the tube; The pump cover is made of transparent engineering plastic, making it easy to observe the operation of the pump.

The TH25 pump head is specially designed for tangential flow filtration (TFF), virus filtration (VF) and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) applications. It can achieve linear flow within 1.5 bar pressure, with a maximum flow of 3.2 L/min, while can be adapted to four specifications of tube: 15#, 24#, 35#, 36#.
