DuoMix/Mini DuoMix Mixing Systems

The mixing system is mainly used for the preparation process of culture medium, buffer solution, intermediates and semi-finished products. Duoning independently developed 2 L - 20 L DuoMix® benchtop mixing system, 50 L-3,000 L DuoMix® floor mixing system and supporting 3D mixing bag to provide a one-stop solution for liquid mixing, which are suitable for application scenarios from process development to large-scale manufacturing.

DuoMix® benchtop magnetic mixing system consists of three parts: control system, base with magnetic drive motor and weighing module, and supporting holder. The controller can support the connection of three stirring bases to drive three mixing units to work simultaneously to maximize efficiency. The drive unit and the mixing bag transmit power through magnetic coupling, which is easy to operate. Optional modules including pH and conductivity sensors, temperature sensors, temperature control units and peristaltic pumps can be configured as required.

DuoMix® floor-standing magnetic mixing system consists of a control cabinet, a tank, and a drive motor. The control cabinet is attached on the tank body as integrated design. The drive motor and magnetic head are placed at the bottom of the tank body, and the weighing module is above the casters. The system is compatible with common impeller types on the market, and can equipe with optional modules such as pH and conductivity sensors, temperature sensors, temperature control units and peristaltic pumps. Also, the dimension and structure are highly customizable to meet the needs of different processes.

DuoMix® benchtop and floor-standing magnetic mixing system software is designed with user-friendly interface, supporting at least three levels of authorization, recipe editing, alarm function, sensor calibration function, data recording and export, and audit trail.

DuoMix® features powerful data processing capabilities, supporting weighing modules and optional pH and conductivity sensors, temperature sensors, temperature control units and other modules can realize real-time monitoring of the samples or buffers in preparation, and also support parameter setting and recipe editing, trend analysis. The system can generate speed-time curves, weight-time curves, pH-time curves, conductivity-time curves, temperature-time curves and other graphs to visually display the dynamic changes of the sample. The system provides three ways to view process data: Dashboard, table, and graph;

View historical data, batch data, alarm data, audit data online;

Support performing calibration of weighing, pH sensor, conductivity sensor, temperature and check and save calibration records;

DuoMix® features data upload and backup recovery functions: built-in over 100GB storage volume, supports long-term data storage, and ensures data security and reliability;

Data export function: export in PDF format.

"One to three" high-efficiency processing: split structure, one host controller can be equipped with four sizes of supporting holders: 2 L, 5 L, 10 L, and 20 L. The controller can support the connection of three bases to drive three mixing units to work simultaneously to maximize efficiency;

Equipped with dot matrix printer as standard, which is convenient for users to print and analyze real-time data.
