Automatic Bulk Fill System

The automatic bulk fill system is designed with modular concept, supporting multiple load cells, and is compatible with bags and bottles with various sizes. The height-adjustable load cells design can minimize the hold-up volume of flow path. The system is also designed with pressure and flowrate alarms for performing integrity test of filters, flow paths, bags, and bottles. The filling volume ranges from 50 mL-20 L, with high precision. The reverse flow or air purging design can improve the product recovery. The control software with graphical interface can ensure software compliance and data integrity, and provide digital signature and audit-trial functions. The system allows manual and automatic control.
