TransInsect Series Insect Cell Culture Medium

Duoning insect cell culture media includes two basal culture media: TransInsect-01 for new drug discovery and subunit vaccine production, and TransInsect-02 for AAV production. This series of products has wide versatility and can meet the passage and growth requirements of sf9, sf21, Expi sf9 and High Five cells. It is suit-able for large-scale expression of recombinant proteins in baculovirus expression systems using insect cells such as Sf9, High Five, etc., to produce subunit vaccines or VLPs for veterinary porcine circovirus, swine fever, porcine parvovirus, etc., and can also be used to produce human subunit vaccines or VLPs such as COVID-19 and influenza, as well as large-scale production of AAV.
